Typical day as our Support Worker
  • Support customers with mental health and/or complex needs, with daily living tasks and achieving goals in support plans
  • Assist with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy and moving towards independent living
  • Complete risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews
  • Time for chats, relationship building, and teamwork, no rushing between customers

Job details

You’ll find that no two days are ever the same…

Occasionally our customers\' needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate

Confident using technology for plans, training, and collaboration

You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that

Working a rolling rota, working 12 hour shifts with 1 hour break.
