Overview

Pay rate from: £13.73 an hour, weekly pay. Reference: SW/Folkestone/4. Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a difference in people's lives? We'd like you to join us at Jane Lewis as a Support Worker in Folkestone! We are offering an exciting opportunity to support a range of individuals with varying needs. You would be working in a variety of settings including nursing homes and learning disability services.

As a Support Worker we can offer you:

Requirements

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be a UK resident, sponsorship not offered
• Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management
• Promote independence and a sense of well-being among service users
