Are you an experienced and compassionate Support Worker looking for a rewarding permanent position with consistent hours?

We are recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to provide ongoing care and support to a private client in their own home in the Ferndown area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing personalised care, building positive relationships and making a genuine difference to someone's quality of life.

You will always work alongside another member of staff, ensuring support is delivered as part of a team.

The Role

You will provide practical, personal and emotional support to a private client in their own home, helping them maintain their comfort, dignity and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Supporting with domestic duties and maintaining a clean, comfortable home environment.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Administering medication in accordance with care plans and training.
• Monitoring the client's wellbeing and reporting any concerns or changes.
• Liaising with multidisciplinary professionals involved in the client's care.
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating relevant updates to the manager.
• Working collaboratively with your colleague to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Hours & Shift Pattern

• Permanent 28-hour weekly contract.
