Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage independence and empower service users to make choices about their lives.
  • Provide emotional support and build positive relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Promote community inclusion, supporting individuals to access education, employment, and leisure activities.
  • Follow individual care and support plans, ensuring goals and outcomes are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate records, safeguarding confidentiality and compliance with CQC standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and health professionals to deliver holistic care.
About You
  • Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Previous care experience desirable but not essential – full training provided.
