Job description

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Hawkstone. Hawkstone is a specialist residential service in Bradford, West Yorkshire, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
