VP Forensicare is recruiting for a support worker role in the NR31 Great Yarmouth area.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be UK residents residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.
You Will Need:
- Full working rights in the UK (VP do not offer sponsorship)
- Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Motivation to make a difference to our clients
- Experience supporting clients with an acquired brain injury and complex behaviors, or some form of care experience to meet a specific level of knowledge
Your Responsibilities Would Include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centered support to our clients
- Supporting clients in working toward their rehabilitation and development goals
- Moving and handling via hoisting
- Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in meaningful activities
- Supporting clients to access engaging and fun community activities
- Providing personal care and physical support in a dignified and respectful manner
- Working under the supervision and guidance of the multidisciplinary team
- Managing complex behaviors and associated risks
Additional Requirements:
- Same as above: caring, patient, empathetic, excellent communication, fluent English, motivation, experience with brain injury or care
- Full UK work rights (no sponsorship offered)

- £12.35 per hour plus holiday pay and pension
- Referral bonus: earn £200 for referring a support worker, £300 for referring an RMN/RNLD
