Support Worker

We are looking to recruit experienced Support Workers for permanent, part-time, or temporary positions, working within Fife communities.

The role will involve:

1. Supporting vulnerable adults within their homes and community.
2. Providing personal care.
3. Housework.
4. Medication management.
5. Helping with day-to-day tasks and companionship.
6. Providing the highest level of care and support.

You need to be:

Successful candidates will:

1. Have a current PVG or be willing to join the scheme.
2. Have SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) membership or be willing to join the scheme.
3. Have a can-do, positive attitude.
4. The ability to confidently work alone and as part of a wider team.
5. Be able to work using your own initiative.
6. Have a car and driving license or be a driver.

Due to the nature of the role, experience in care is preferred. You will need to hold N/SVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
