Job summary

AA Euro Healthcare is seeking Support Workers for flexible ad hoc agency shifts in Dronfield, paid at £12.71 per hour. Work involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex support requirements across services in the area.

This role offers flexible days/nights and weekends, with weekly pay and the opportunity to choose shifts that fit around your commitments while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Previous health and social care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate and person-centred approach to support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain Enhanced DBS (or already on Update Service).

Responsibilities

• Delivering person-centred support promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support service users to participate in community activities and appointments.
• Encourage choice, dignity, inclusion and self-determination.
• Assist with medication administration per service procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation.
• Identify and report safeguarding concerns appropriately.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements
