About the Role
In this role, you will support young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives. You will assist service users with daily tasks and help them access the community, such as attending clubs, using local leisure facilities, or going out for a coffee. This role may require some weekends and sleep-in shifts.
