Job summary

Brandon Trust in Croydon is looking for a compassionate Support Worker to help autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities live the life they choose. You will support daily routines, hobbies, travel, and housing tasks, working on a 24/7 rota with planned shifts and flexibility.

No formal experience required; full training and ongoing support are provided. A full UK driving license is essential, as you may accompany people on activities and travel within the community.

Salary: £13.28 - £13.88 + £60 per sleep-in shift
