Brandon Trust in Gloucestershire is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help autistic people and those with learning disabilities live life on their terms, with person-centred support and empathy.
You will assist with daily activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, community access, personal care with dignity, and building routines. Sleep-in shifts are paid as an extra, and a full UK driving licence is required.
Location: Gloucestershire (Quedgeley, Cirencester and Cheltenham)
Salary: £12.71 - £12.87 per hour + £60 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available
We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for any of our roles. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and hold a visa with a minimum of 12 months remaining at the point of application, with no working restrictions that would prevent them from fulfilling the requirements of the role.
