Do you want to make a lasting impact in a child’s life?
Picture yourself as the person who brightens a child’s day after they’ve faced challenges. The one they turn to for support and encouragement, helping them grow in confidence, flourish in their abilities, and navigate life’s obstacles. This is more than a job—it’s your opportunity to nurture their potential, create moments of happiness, and leave a lasting, positive mark on a child’s future.
These children have so much potential, but they need someone like you to help them thrive. Your compassion, patience, and encouragement can be the difference that helps them build confidence, achieve independence, and find happiness.
You’ll become more than just a support worker. You’ll be a role model, a motivator, and a trusted support system. Whether you’re baking together, exploring Plymouth’s amazing attractions, or simply lending an ear on a challenging day, your presence will matter. Not every day will be perfect—there will be tough moments where your resilience and patience are truly needed. But being that constant source of support and stability for the children, especially during difficult times, is what makes all the difference.

The children need support 24 hours a day, meaning you’ll be able to work your full week in 2-3 days, which is only 10 shifts per month!
