Job summary

Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital in Coventry is seeking a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll work 43.75 hours per week across days, nights and alternate weekends to make a positive difference for adults in our care.

The role focuses on offering enhanced care, providing physical and emotional support, and safeguarding patients in a fast-paced mental health environment. DBS check will be required.

We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working43.75hours a week (to include days, nights, and alternate weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital.

Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital is our emergency mental health hospital in Coventry. The service supports adults across three wards to move as quickly and safely as possible to the most appropriate and least restrictive environment for them.

Our model of care promotes a collaborative approach whereby family, service users, commissioners and carers are all involved in the rehabilitation and recovery of the individual.

Your day-to-day
