Overview

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working 40.25 hours per week, including night shifts (7:30pm to 7:45am), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Gables, Colchester. The Gables is a specialist residential service supporting people with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for those who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do.

Note: Due to a genuine occupational requirement of this service, we are currently only able to accept female applicants for this role.
