Kacee Lodge is a 7-bed residential care home in Great Horkesley, Colchester in Essex. We provide care and support for adults who have a learning disability, physical disability, and complex health needs. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting adults to live fulfilling, independent, and person-centred lives within a safe and caring environment.

Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services. It’s definitely not a normal 9-5, you can work days, nights, and flexible shifts too. Talking of ‘dream’ jobs, some of our shifts are sleep-ins!
