Community Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist five individuals in day-to-day life with person-centered care. The role includes personal care, medication support, and helping with cooking, budgeting, and daily activities near the harbour and local venues. Shifts run 8am–8pm; permanent contract for 36 hours is available.

Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts: 8am - 8pm | 8pm - 8am (Waking Nights)

Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for day shifts only

Contract: We can offer a permanent contract for 36 hours

UK Driving License Required? Yes

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be supporting 5 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with walks along the harbour, going for pub lunches, shopping trips, baking and visiting local coffee shops
