Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Bedborough House in Radstock, Somerset. This full-time role focuses on providing person-centred support to autistic individuals and those with learning disabilities, promoting independence and daily living skills within a compassionate team.

You’ll work with qualified staff to implement care plans, engage residents in meaningful activities, and help maintain their wellbeing and dignity in a residential setting.

Description

Bedborough House are looking for Full time Support Workers to join the team.

Bedborough House is located in Radstock, Somerset. We offer residential support for seven autistic males and females, and people who have a learning disability. Our home is located in a residential area, surrounded by the beautiful views of Somerset.

We provide person-centred support, promoting independence, daily living skills and access to the community, helping to improve our residents' quality of life.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residentsYou can find additional information in the attached job description.
