A healthcare provider in Wiltshire is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist children with special educational needs and behaviors that may challenge. This role offers flexible shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, weekly pay between £12.50 and £13.50, and a variety of benefits including holiday accrual and training. Ideal candidates will provide stability and help children engage in activities that promote their confidence and independence.

You will be supporting Children who may have, special educational needs, mental health needs, learning difficulties and autism, and can also exhibit behavioursthat may challenge at times.
Here you will strive to provide a sense of stability and enable each individual to access extracurricular activities and help to build their confidence and independence!
Shifts here run between 07.00-22.00 and they also have a Waking Night and Sleep in.
Job Role:
A Support Worker is required to deliver support within a Children'shealth or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with a child or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.
