Job description

Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based at Middleton House in Cheltenham GL53.

We currently have a part-time position available, which includes early, late, and alternate weekend shifts (shift times are 7:00-14:30 and 14:30-22:00).

At Middleton House, there are 49 modern, spacious, and energy-efficient apartments exclusively for people aged 55 and over.

About the Role
  • Support Workers help residents retain as much independence as possible, tailored to individual needs, within the comfort and privacy of their own apartments. Support can range from daily assistance with personal care, hygiene, and dressing to support throughout the day and night.
  • Ensure high-quality, seamless independent living for residents.
  • Shifts are 07:00 - 14:00 & 14:30 - 22:00, with overnight shifts and alternate weekends available.
