The Role

We're looking for Support Workers to join our warm and welcoming team in Chelmsford, supporting five vibrant individuals who love nothing more than a good karaoke session, a party, and being the life and soul of any gathering.

Your role will include:

  • Joining in karaoke nights and fun social activities
  • Supporting with cooking and meal preparation
  • Providing reassurance, guidance, and encouragement to promote independence
  • Offering both daytime support and wake night cover
What We're Looking For

Kind, compassionate, and reliable. Enjoys fun, laughter, and joining in social activities. Patient, supportive, and encouraging. Able to work flexible shifts (days & wake nights). Experience in care is a bonus, but not essential - the right attitude means more!
