As a Support Worker, you will make a real difference by helping residents improve their daily living skills. If you're passionate about people, you'll enjoy the opportunities and support to develop your career with us, gaining experience and training along the way.
Where will I be working?
You will be based in one of our supported living services in the Carlisle area, comprising 12 single and double occupancy flats. The clients you support are diverse, ranging from 18 to 75 years old.
The service offers a relaxed and comfortable home for individuals with various health needs and Learning Disabilities. The role involves significant personal care due to many clients having limited mobility.
You will also support clients with their social and emotional wellbeing, medication, and finances.
We use a digital social care record system to facilitate daily documentation, making your tasks easier and allowing more time to spend with the People We Support.
Shift Patterns
This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is essential. You will work a variety of shifts, including nights and some weekends.
