CareTech Community Services in Cannock is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker for day shifts to support young people aged 3–18 with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help with daily routines, personal care, meals, activities and sleep routines in a safe home environment.
The role requires a full UK driving licence, a flexible approach to shifts including early starts and alternate weekends, and a commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care.
Shifts will require days with some early starts, later evenings and alternate weekends. These will be planned in advance ensuring a flexible work/life balance.

As a Support Worker you will support our young people with their daily routines. This may include helping to get them ready for school, prepping for meal times, planning activities tailored to each individual child's needs, personal care and generally having fun right through to bed time.
