We're looking for enthusiastic support workers to provide one-to-one care for a wonderful man in his late 50s. He’s navigating life with resilience, humour, and creativity after a brain injury, and needs friendly, dedicated people to help him live life to the fullest — both at home (our client lives in Lanner) and out in the community.
This vibrant gentleman is:
A lover of good food and better cake — he enjoys cooking and baking in his cosy kitchen.
A proud dog dad — his adorable rescue pup is always by his side.
A music fan — think 60s rock to 80s synth pop.
A creative spirit — his artwork proudly decorates his home.
A film buff — from nature documentaries to action-packed thrillers.
He's looking for people who bring laughter, compassion, and patience — not just support. If you enjoy good conversation, silly moments, and the occasional singalong, you’ll fit right in!
Assisting with personal care, medication, and daily routines
Supporting safe moving and handling
Encouraging independence and community engagement
Driving to appointments and outings (day staff must hold a valid UK driving licence)
Experience with acquired brain injury is a bonus — but not essential. What matters most is your personality, compassion, and reliability. Full training and shadow shifts provided.
Day Shifts: 8am – 8pm
Waking Night Shifts: 8pm – 8am
Contracted & Flexible Hours Available:
Full-time: 36–48 hrs/week
Part-time: 24 hrs/week

A full UK driving licence (day shifts only)
