Job summary

Female Support Worker

Pay rate: £14.50

Shift Pattern: 8:00am-8:00pm

We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their own home in Frimley. This person has Learning Disabilities, Mental Health issues, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour, but these do not define them. They enjoy a great sense of humour and hobbies such as shopping, coffee outings, and spending time with animals. Local knowledge of Frimley and a full UK Driving Licence are required to facilitate community outings.

Enriching activities are important in your support, and you will bring an empathetic approach to make a positive impact. Previous experience in the following areas is required:

  • Learning Disabilities
  • Autism
  • Challenging Behaviours
  • Mental health

Role responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, tailored to individual needs
  • Engaging in meaningful activities and community outings to promote social interaction and well-being
  • Supporting household tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment
  • Building trust through clear and confident communication in preferred methods
