Overview

As a valued member of our team, each Support Worker helps deliver the quality of life people with disabilities deserve. The support worker will assist service users to reach their full potential, ensure care is high quality and person-centred, and help tailor care to individual needs based on their lifestyle. They will work from a care plan to provide day-to-day living support, which may include personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, emotional support, social interaction and attending activities in the community.

Responsibilities
  • Support workers help deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to the needs of each individual.
