Job description

Candidates must be female and UK residents residing within the local area due to the nature of our roles. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Supporting a female client with an Acquired Brain Injury in her own home. The client requires 24/7 support on a 2:1 basis, with shifts being 12-hour days only.

You will need:

• Female only: This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit females due to the nature of the role.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (sponsors are not available).
• Must meet a specific level of competence or knowledge.
• UK Driver's license (must have).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.

Your role would include:

• Supporting with daily living tasks, including maintaining a healthy diet, domestic responsibilities, attending appointments, and managing correspondence, including finances and budgeting.
• Supporting the client with rehabilitation and therapy goals as set by the MDT.
