Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a committed Support Worker for a care home in Colchester, Essex. The role focuses on dementia and mental health care, including care for younger people with dementia in an annex. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is required.

You will assist with personal care, daily tasks, promoting independence, and ensuring accurate records are kept. The role is full-time, 36 hours/week, day shifts, with a salary of £12.80–£13.45 per hour and monthly pay.

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Colchester, Essex area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

The care home emphasises on Dementia and Mental health care, and also has skills to care for younger people with dementia in an annex adjacent to the main home

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

As the Support Worker your key duties include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.80 - £13.45 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly.
