Specialist Supported Living & Outreach Service - Poole, Bournemouth & Dorset

Through our outcome-focused approach, we work closely with individuals and their families to develop a strong understanding of their life story, communication preferences, and goals.

Our team collaborates with local health professionals — including social workers, community nurses, and specialists such as Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists — to ensure a comprehensive and compassionate support network.

1. Position: Adult Support Worker
2. Day Rate: £13 per hour
3. Night Rate: £14 per hour
