Job description

Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking a full-time passionate Support Worker to join our team based in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with unique abilities and needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and supporting individuals in the community. A driver is essential, and experience in providing personal care is required.

Contract options:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours, including shifts on weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins. Sleep-ins receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
