Support Workers & Care Assistants - We Want You!

Are you looking to join a prestigious Health & Social Care agency? Do you have the experience needed to excel in the health and social care environment? If so, Carepath Recruitment wants you!

We are seeking calm, patient, hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition who are keen to join our care team. You will be expected to provide high-standard care to help residents and ensure their well-being. Experience is preferred but not essential, as demonstrating unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioral support setting is the primary factor.

You should have the maturity to work within a positive behavior support framework, accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow in confidence as a practitioner. The ability to follow guidelines and work positively within a supportive team is essential.

Previous experience and relevant qualifications are preferred but not required, as full training, including online e-learning, is available through our training academy.

Flexibility is important, as shifts may include days, nights, sleep-ins, and waking watches. Our services operate 24/7, so we require flexibility to cover various shifts during the week and weekends. We will try to accommodate your availability.

This role offers the opportunity to support individuals in achieving their goals through person-centered planning and collaborative support. It provides valuable experience and skills development in adult social care.
