Brook Street Social Care is currently seeking support workers to work with our client in Blackpool and St Annes, supporting adults with complex needs.

Location: Blackpool

Temporary ongoing

Duties:

• Support individuals with all aspects of their day-to-day living.
• Ensure the Supported Individuals have a safe, appropriate, and comfortable living environment.
• Discreetly perform personal care tasks to preserve the Supported Individuals' dignity at all times.
• Administer or support the administration of medication following the care plan.
• Complete all administration in line with role requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in social care or a similar role.
