Job description

We are seeking a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cygnet Elms.

You'll work 42 hours per week, including days, nights, and weekends, making a positive impact on the lives of those in our care at Cygnet Elms.

Cygnet Elms is a high dependency complex care service for 10 women with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, who may exhibit challenging behaviours.

We support individuals transitioning from more secure settings as part of their care pathway, providing personalized care to help them develop skills to move towards less restrictive community environments.
