We are looking for caring individuals to join our CAREGivers team at our Coventry South Office. We offer support to our clients in various ways, including companionship, personal care, cooking meals, shopping assistance, or simply sharing a cup of tea and reminiscing about life.

No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and support. We will match you with a client based on your hobbies and interests.

You will be introduced to your client during your first meeting.

We offer competitive pay rates from £13.00 to £14.00 at weekends, with double pay for Bank Holidays, along with mileage reimbursement and pension contributions. We also provide flexible working hours.

Qualifications

No specific qualifications are required to become a support worker. Experience in a care setting or interacting with older adults is beneficial, which could include caring for a family member or voluntary work. A passion for supporting others, reliability, trustworthiness, and respect are essential. You should enjoy building professional relationships and feel comfortable spending time with others.
