Location: | Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire |
Salary: | £23,985 per annum (£12.30 per hour) plus benefits |
Hours: | 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 8.00 am – 4.00 pm, 1:00 pm– 9:00 pm, 2:00 pm– 10:00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis) |
Contract: | Full time, Permanent |

We're looking for individuals to join our team who can stay calm under pressure, who are enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of handling challenging behaviors. If you have a manual UK driving license and are comfortable driving various vehicles, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Who You Will Be Supporting
At Waterside House, we support 14 individuals with various disabilities, including visual impairment, autism, physical disabilities, mental health, and learning disabilities. Here are some of their interests:
John*: Music lover with a radio show, enjoys talking about music and weather.
Jan*: Football fan, plays Ukulele, was in a band with the Salvation Army.
Jane*: Loves Reiki, art, animals, and Coldplay.
Joe*: Social, music enthusiast, names his wheelchair Katy Perry, and loves music-related items.
Josh*: Independent, history enthusiast, enjoys socializing and swimming.
Jake*: Very social, volunteer, gym enthusiast, represented SeeAbility at Buckingham Palace.
Jon*: Independent wheelchair user, enjoys cinema, meeting friends, skydiving.
