Support Worker - Waking Night

We’re looking for caring, hands-on Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for the people we support.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will help individuals gain independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. You will assist with bedtime routines, including personal care, and conduct regular checks throughout the night. Light domestic duties may also be required during spare time.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference, helping individuals build confidence and independence, whether that’s preparing dinner or going on holiday.

Applicants should have the right experience and values, including:

  • A full UK driving license

  • Experience with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
