We are looking for Support Worker to join our friendly team!

Hourly Rate: £15:00 plus mileage reimbursement at 30p per mile

Hours of work: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. 09:00 - 15:00

Eligibility Criteria for a Support Worker:

  • Previous experience in community support or social services
  • Previous experience working with people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Epilepsy.
  • Previous experience with working with people with specific communication needs related to Autism.
  • Able to think on your feet and plan ahead.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own car and business insurance (essential)
  • Please note that you must be eligible to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship

About the Role:

Continuity of Care Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to support a young lady with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Complex Language needs, Epilepsy and who experiences high levels of Anxiety in her daily life. She requires assistance with taking her to her day activity. The day activity starts at 9:30, so you will need to pick our client up at 9:00am in Smarden and then travel to the day activity, in your own car, in Biddenden. You will support and encourage participation in a wide- range of activities during the day. You will be required to return home for 3:00pm. It is important that you are a confident and calm driver.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
