Consensus supports people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in Deansbrook, Asheldham, Essex. We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower residents to gain independence and enjoy meaningful activities within a supportive community.

Shifts are rotational, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The role offers progression through a Career Ladder and access to training, wellbeing support, and financial benefits as part of joining Consensus.

Your Role

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant but your values are most important to us.

• Deansbrook is a fun and lively service set in the peaceful rural location of the Essex Countryside. People living here enjoy the beautiful landscape, taking walks to explore the natural beauty, and getting stuck into fun scavenger hunts. The unique residential service offers shared communal spaces for people to gain independence and be supported to learn daily living skills and home management, but with larger communal spaces for activities and socialising.
