Job Role Relief Accommodation Project Workers assist and interact with residents to ensure they have basic life skills to enable them to develop the necessary skills to support the successful resettlement. You will be required to encourage an appropriate standard or behaviour to support a warm, clean and homely environment.

Skills and ExperienceIn summary, successful applicants will have the following qualities:

  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver good face to face customer care
  • A good understanding of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a non-judgemental and non-discriminatory way
  • Ability to interact with young people in a positive and confident manner
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience using computers
  • Positive outlook and able to work as part of a team

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hours Various shifts are available, on and an as and when required basis. Our teams work 7 days a week, day, evening and nights shifts are available.

Salary and BenefitsSalary is £12.21 per hour
