Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Rochdale Children’s Services, and we are looking to recruit to the new position of Head of Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Support.

This is a temporary contract for approximately 12 months to cover the secondment of the post holder.

For internal candidates, approval for secondment should be obtained from your Service Director (or nominated representative) before applying for this post.

The Business Support team within Children’s Services carries out a wide range of administrative and financial functions to managers and operational staff across Children’s Social Care, Early Help, and Schools.

To be successful in this role, you will be highly motivated and organized, working to a high standard as part of a team, and able to use your own initiative. You will have a flexible approach and be able to prioritize workloads. This is a challenging, varied, and rewarding role.
