Carbon60 is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Support Team Administrator to join our clients on a contract basis at their site in Broughton. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of the department's daily operations.

As the Support Team Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Booking employee appointments and preparing case files for clinicians, adhering to strict clinical and privacy protocols.
- Maintaining the daily clinics diary for multiple clinicians, such as nurses, doctors, and physiotherapists.
- Confirming appointment dates and times with employee's managers, and sending SMS reminders.
- Checking and aligning employee data within the company's internal systems, updating and correcting information as needed.
- Assisting with reception enquiries and adding informative notes for clinicians.
- Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all your work.

To be successful in this Support Team Administrator role, you will need:

- Proficient IT skills, with experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven experience in a database management or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- The ability to work efficiently and independently, with a flexible approach to your daily schedule.

This position is on site Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
