Position: Support Staff (Part-Time and Full-Time Roles Available)
Location: Clitheroe, Lancashire
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Are you passionate about helping children succeed in their learning and development? We are a welcoming and supportive primary school in Clitheroe, looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Support Staff.
We are currently recruiting for both part-time and full-time roles to provide support to our wonderful students and contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Assist with classroom activities and provide support to teachers
Work with small groups of children or on a 1:1 basis
Help children with learning challenges or special educational needs
Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students
Experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting (but not essential)
A positive and patient attitude, with a strong desire to help children achieve their best
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
A relevant qualification or willingness to complete relevant training is desirable but not essential
A supportive and friendly team of professionals
