PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Job Title: Support Service Coordinator

Location: Torfaen & Newport (agile working across refuges and community spaces)

Salary: £29,000 per year

Your Role as a Refuge Service Coordinator:

️ Lead & inspire a team delivering frontline support in Torfaen and Newport.

️ Ensure women and children in refuge receive life-changing support.

️ Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and case management.

️ Work closely with external agencies to enhance service delivery.

️ Manage compliance, funding reports, and quality standards.

What You Need to Be a Great Support Services Coordinator:

Experience managing support services in domestic abuse, housing, or crisis settings.

Strong leadership, case management, and safeguarding skills.

A commitment to empowering survivors and driving positive change.

The ability to handle complex cases & crisis situations with care.

Driving licence and access to a car required.
