Join NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde as a Healthcare Support Worker, responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various healthcare settings and providing patient catering. This part-time role involves direct communication with patients, ensuring a supportive environment. Training is provided, and references are essential for application.

Post 1 Kirkintilloch Health centre Monday to Friday 1630-2030
Post 2 Kirkintilloch Ambulance Station Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 0745-1045
Please note the salary is pro rata for part time hours.
You will undertake the cleaning of patient areas, clinical and non-clinical departments, offices and administration areas to comply with national standards of cleanliness, provide patient catering at ward level, patient laundering, mop laundering, patients housekeeping, curtain changing and porter/messenger services within various health care environments including Acute Wards, Clinical Departments, Mental Health wards, Health Centres, Resource centres and Ambulance Stations. As part of the role you will have a lot of contact with patients so good communication skills are essential.
Training will be provided including 3 days induction prior to commencement of role.
You must have right to work in UK for the duration of your employment and be able to provide at least two references from current or most previous employment/education covering the last 3 years.
