Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7am - 11am

An additional 2 hours overtime may be required from time to time.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £14.10

The Colleague Services Assistant (CSA) plays a key role in ensuring that all colleagues within the building will receive an exemplary experience.

The successful candidate will have an excellent eye for detail, be able to effectively deliver all services and ensure standards are upheld, including those not directly contracted to the company.

The Role

In this role, you will support the daily operations of meetings and events on site and be the point of contact and support to the Colleague Services Coordinator.

  • Ensure that any events and meetings within the office are well supported with the room set ups. This includes taking full ownership and accountability for each meeting room including AV setup.
  • Support site specifications to include but not limited to, building maintenance, cleaning & associated services, helpdesk, meeting room services and service management.
  • Maintain effective dialogue and communication with customers and respond to enquiries as appropriate.
  • Porterage of equipment and furniture including setting out and clearing away, as necessary.
  • Procurement of necessary consumables, stationery items for the office to ensure correct supplies for the employees, meetings, conferences, and events. Including managing/reporting of stock levels.
  • Conduct regular floor walks throughout the day to ensure all the office areas are clean and tidy, food and drink areas are fully stocked and report any maintenance issues to helpdesk.
  • Undertake to maintain and support high standards of health and safety within the office ensuring compliance with H&S legislation.

  • Contribute to assisting with customer contact processes including complaint handling and resolution ensuring a responsive service
