Overview

Warringtonfire, part of the Element Group, has an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our team, based at our new state-of-the-art testing facility at Birchwood Park Warrington.

This role is fixed-term for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

This is a great opportunity to progress your career within a global Testing, Inspection, and Certification business.

Responsibilities
  • Daily formatting of reports and issuing to customers
  • Completion of general admin tasks
  • Assist with the Reception desk as required, including directing incoming calls and visitor management
  • Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
  • Organise couriers (UK and international)
  • Arrange correspondence for overseas deliveries
Skills / Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in an office and reception environment is advantageous
  • Highly motivated, organized, and flexible
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality or safety
