Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting learners on their journey to success? CITB is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Services Administrator to join our team in Bircham Newton.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our training operations working with multiple different teams across the college. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes and a positive experience for learners, colleagues, and visitors.
Role: Support Services Administrator
Location: Bircham Newton, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, PE31 6RH – please note this is a rural location with limited public transport
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 08.45-17.00 Friday 09.00 - 16.00
Contract: Permanent
Grade: TM2
Target Salary: £27,810 per annum
Closing Date: Midnight Wednesday 13th August 2025
Interview Dates: Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st August 2025. Please note interviews will be in person at our college in Bircham Newton.
