Rullion is currently recruiting for the following role for one of our leading energy clients:

• ASAP Start
• Location: Worcester, UK
• Duration: Initially 6 months +
• Inside IR35
• Rate: £12.80+ 20% uplift as shift allowance
• PPE provided by client

About our client:

They are a world leader in the industrial application of laser additive layer manufacturing of metals, with a current fleet of 24 AM machines. They are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and are looking for a dedicated Support Remover to join their team. There are plenty of opportunities within the business, which is a significant advantage, as well as the potential for temporary to permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

• Remove support structures from 3D printed parts with precision and care.
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Use hand tools and machinery to clean and finish parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D printing and support/feed removal is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
