We are recruiting Support Practitioners to join our team in East Lothian.

Note: This vacancy is suitable for female candidates only*

If you see people as unique individuals with their own skills, opinions, and dreams, we have full-time and part-time opportunities (from 22.5 hours) in Tranent.

As a Support Practitioner, you will support people with daily living at home and in the community, helping them plan for their future and prevent social isolation and loneliness. We adopt a person-centred approach for individuals with support needs including Mental Health, Autism, and Physical & Learning Disabilities.

Experience is welcome but not essential, as full training (including SVQ qualifications) is provided with ongoing support and supervision from your Service Manager. Key qualities include honesty, respect, empathy, and compassion.

Candidates should be flexible to work various shifts, including Days, Evenings/Weekends, and Sleepovers. Typical shifts at Tranent include 7am-3pm, 12:30pm-8:30pm, and 1:30pm-9:30pm.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK or have a visa that permits work (e.g., dependent visas, ancestry). We do not currently sponsor visas.
