Are you looking for a fulfilling role that makes a positive impact in your local community? We’re hiring Support Practitioners to join our Seaboard Care at Home service, where every day, you’ll support people in maintaining their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community.

About the Role

As a Support Practitioner, you'll be the helping hand that people rely on. Your role involves supporting people to manage daily life. This will often include meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care as well as other aspects of their daily life. Our role is not to do things for people, but to work with them.

This is your chance to do rewarding work that fits around your schedule — whether you’re available a few hours a week or seeking more regular shifts.

No Experience? No Problem.

We care more about who you are than what’s on your CV. If you bring empathy, reliability and a positive attitude, we’ll provide full training to help you thrive. If you already have care experience, that’s a welcome bonus.

What You’ll Need

  • A kind and respectful approach to working with people
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

We welcome applications from any candidates already eligible to work in the UK or those that can apply for a visa granting permission to work in the UK (e.g. dependent visas, ancestry etc.) that do not require sponsorship from Carr Gomm.
