Our Cherry Tree Court team is looking for compassionate and creative individuals with a positive attitude to join as Support Practitioners.

You don't need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit based on values and transferable skills. We’ll provide all the training you need, including a fully funded SVQ.

About the role:

Note: You must hold a UK Licence for this role.

Cherry Tree Court is a registered care home supporting up to 11 individuals in their own one-bedroom flats, with a minimum 1:1 support ratio. The service aims to help individuals meet personal goals within their weekly activity plans, with on-site positive behaviour support to develop proactive plans and assist those experiencing difficulties. Responsibilities include supporting daily activities, support planning, future planning, and liaising with health and social work colleagues and families. There are significant development opportunities through learning, development, and on-site training.
